New Years at the Cavalier & Encore!

Chef Eddie Lee Bryant is proud to offer at 2 night – 3 day stay for two with ocean view accommodations at the Cavalier Hotel during their 2011 New Years Eve Event. Festivities begin on Friday, December 30th with a VIP Welcome Party Reception. On Saturday, December 31st you’ll be treated to breakfast. Later that evening, enjoy an elaborate dinner buffet with unlimited beverages. The evening will showcase the talents of The 10 Spot Band and Vegas-style Casino games. As a perk of this package, you’ll be given $1,000 in gaming chips. Your weekend is complete with New Years Day Brunch and a late, 5 pm checkout.  As a special guest, you are invited to play in the 3rd Annual Cornhole Tournament after brunch with hor d’oeuvres and drink specials.

But wait, there’s more! Chef Eddie Lee’s encore brings you back to the Cavalier Hotel where he will host a Chef’s Table for four in The Hunt Room Grille. There you will be treated to four-course meal with wine pairings while enjoying a live performance by Lewis McGehee.
